I was only 25 when I found I had a herniated disc at C5-6, and pain was shooting down my left arm. Before I felt like I could never do sporadic movements, carry anything on my left side, go dancing or just plain feel good and normal. Although I’ll always be a bit cautious because of that experience, I feel like I am finally myself again.
