MRCOG, DIP (HA & OBG), FELLOWSHIP IN FETAL MEDICINE (UK) is a Consultant in Fetal Medicine in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Manipal Hospital.

She obtained her MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur and completed her training in OB & GYN from UK with a certificate in MRCOG. In addition, she has done a diploma in Obstretic Ultrasound from Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in UK. Dr. Prathima has done a fellowship in Fetal Medicine for two years in Harris Birthright Research Centre for Fetal Medicine with professor Kypros Nicolaides, who is a pioneer in the field. Her hobbies include classical dancing and listening to music.
