MDS joined the dental department as a specialist in faciomaxillary surgery.

He completed his post graduation from Mangalore and trained in Cleft and Craniofacial surgery. He worked as Cleft Coordinator for international cleft lip and palate foundation, Switzerland and as clinical observer in craniofacial surgery in France. He areas of interest are Maxillo Facial surgery and teeth implantation.
